We are a family owned & run bakery with a passion for people, animals & of course the local and sustainably sourced ingredients which you will find packed into our handcrafted artisanal breads & pastries.

Husband & wife team, Stefan & Michelle, originally from South Africa, arrived on the Gold Coast after escaping from Melbourne's second Covid 19 lockdown. They made Palm Beach their home & soon realised there was a need for a place with artisinal, hand shaped, slow fermented sourdoughs, sandwiches & pastries served with speciality coffee.

You will find Well Bread & Pastry to be a warm, welcoming place to sit & enjoy a coffee & pastry while watching the world go by from our window seating.
